Catherine LyonsCatherine Lyons, a recent transplant to New Orleans, is quickly getting up to speed on the food culture in the Big Easy. Catherine is a graduate of USC's Annenberg School for Communication, where she majored in print journalism. She spent the summer of 2009 as an intern for the Editorial Pages of the Los Angeles Times, and has written for The Huffington Post, the Daily Breeze and the United Nations Association of the USA. Catherine has traveled throughout Europe and spent more than a month in Brussels, where she enhanced her love of chocolate, baked goods and gourmet cuisine.
