A nationally syndicated food writer, Kathy's articles and recipes appear in such newspapers as the LA Times, Chicago Tribune and Baltimore Sun. She likewise has contributed food and travel pieces to such magazines as VegNews and Chester County Town and Country Living and to the culinary encyclopedia "Entertaining from Ancient Rome to the Superbowl" (Greenwood Publishing, 2008). An alumnus of Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism, Kathy divides her time between a studio in Manhattan and an 1801 farmhouse in suburban Philadelphia. Her first cookbook, "The Fish Market," will be published by Running Press in March 2013.
