Susie Norris is an author, chocolatier and TV producer whose book on chocolate and culture, “Chocolate Bliss,” was published by Random House/Celestial Arts in November 2009.She recently taught the Le Cordon Bleu curriculum as associate chef/instructor at California School of Culinary Arts.Prior to her work in the food business, Susie was vice president of series television at Disney and held similar posts at CBS, NBC, Nickelodeon and TNT.She has a BA in English from Boston College and certificates in professional baking and chocolate work from Epicurean School of Culinary Arts and Chocolate Academy.
