timFor 15 years until it closed in 2009, Tim Fischer managed The Cook’s Library in Los Angeles, named as one of the “Top 10 Cookbook Stores in the World” by Saveur. A graduate of Peter Kump’s Cooking School in New York City, Tim has worked in the pastry kitchens of Gotham Bar and Grill and the ‘21’ Club in New York as well as several restaurants in Los Angeles. A member of International Association of Culinary Professionals, Tim has been a judge for the IACP Cookbook Awards for four years.
